Owner Referral

All referrals will be paid out within 30 days of tenant placement for both owner referrals & tenant referrals. For each additional property the owner purchases, you will also receive the same amount for referrals once there is an executed 1-year lease

Real Estate Agent Referral

The tenant or owner will be referred back to the agent who referred them to us if the referred owner chooses to sell their property or if the referred tenant chooses to buy. If at any time the referred owner chooses to purchase another property, we will refer them back to the agent who gave us the referral.
